A.1 Polynium

Polynium is a strip pack material for pharmaceutical packaging. It follows the composition widely used in western countries. As Aluminum with a minimum thickness of 20 micron is used, there are no pinholes and the material provides a 100% barrier against moisture and oxygen. LLDPE or EAA can be used as sealing layer. For printed material the ink is covered with Overprint Varnish to protect the ink.

Composition:
Alu / Adhesive / PE
Instead of PE, EAA can be used as sealing layer (only 35 micron)

A.2 Ecostrip

Ecostrip is a 3-layers strip material specially developed for a pharmaceutical industry. It uses Special Polypropylene (SPP) material as a printing layer laminated with Aluminum with LLDPE or EAA as a sealing layer. The material offers good "tear" property on both directions and good overall appearance as it has the extra layer to protect the aluminum from wrinkle. The barrier properties depend on the thickness of Aluminum.

Composition:
SPP 22 micron / Adhesive / Alu / Adhesive / PE 35 micron
Instead of PE, EAA can be used as sealing layer.

A.3 PET Strip

Pet Strip has a similar structure to Ecostrip, as top layer a special PET (SPET) is used. As PET has a higher melting point than PP, it can be used for sealing machines with high sealing temperatures.

Composition:
SPET 12 micron/ Adhesive / Alu / Adhesive / PE 35 micron
Instead of PE, EAA can be used as sealing layer.

B. Blister Foil

Our Blister foil is Aluminum hard temper coated with alcohol based Heat Seal Lacquer (HSL). It can be used as lid foil for PVC based blisters and for Alu / Alu blisters. The printing is covered by Overprint Varnish to protect the ink.

Composition:
Alu HT / HSL 6 ± 0.5 g/m2

Sachets:

The sachet material is a 3 layer structure with PET / Alu / PE. The PET layer can be printed reverse or surface.

Composition:
PET 12 micron/ Adhesive / Alu / Adhesive / PE 50 micron
Other thickness of PE is possible to increase the stiffness.

C. Cold Forming Foil

Alu / Alu Blister:
